Join us weekly to Learn a New technique in Collage Art and build a Sketchbook/Journal of work.
At the Creative Collage Club, we provide a welcoming space for beginners to explore Collage Art, learn new techniques, and create meaningful Artworks.Through weekly guided sessions, we inspire creativity, build confidence, and support each member’s artistic journey in a nurturing and uplifting community.
Day and Time: Mondays – 6:30pm to 9:00pm GMT/UTC
Classes start: Monday 19th January 2026
Please note there are limited spaces available.
Over the 5 Classes you will:
✅ Learn the Foundation Techniques in Collage Art
✅ Get inspired by examples by Famous Collage Artists
✅ Make a Beautiful Collage WildFlower!
✅ Learn about Composition, Colour, Scale, Perspective, Repetition, Layering, Concealing and Revealing
✅ Learn how to make a Rotating Pop up, with a Surreal twist!
✅ Understand how to make Professional Collages with no bumps
✅ Discover the role of Text in Collage and make a Landscape using words that have meaning to you.
✅ Make a unique nature-themed Mandala Collage!
✅ Create 5 amazing new Artworks for your Sketchbook or Journal! (or 5 new methods for your Greetings Cards!)
and more!
✂️ SUPPLIES LIST:
1- An A4 Sketchbook (with white pages at least 120gsm) (OR 5x A4 paper or card at least 120gsm to use for your backgrounds – especially good if you want to make Greetings Cards every week!).
2 – Pencil, eraser, sharpener
3- Scissors (also nail scissors and an optional cutting knife and cutting mat if you’d like to use them)
4- Glue stick (OR mod podge, a small scraps of cardboard and an old paintbrush)
5- A selection of shop-bought coloured papers of your choice (at least A5 size) (including patterned papers if you would like).
6- Tracing Paper
7- Compass and a Ruler
8- A handful of Magazines and Newspapers featuring photographs of objects and blocks text that you can cut out and use. You can also reuse/recycle old books or use junk mail in addition.
For any or all classes, are are very welcome to bring non-essential extra things like Colouring Pencils, Felt/Gel pens or oil pastels, if you feel inspired to.

All the supplies you need with specific amounts, will be listed for each class and will be emailed to you on booking.

Beautiful Wild Flowers – Learn how to create a timeless Collage of a Flower, using a tracing Technique that you can apply to many different subjects.
WEEK 2
Monday 26th January 2026 – 6:30pm to 9pm GMT/UTC
Surreal Fun Pop Ups – Learn how to Construct a Surprising Pop Up element in a Surreal Collage Artwork, using rotation and maybe some humour too!
WEEK 3
Monday 2nd February 2026 – 6:30pm to 9pm GMT/UTC
Flowing Text Landscapes – Explore Text in various new ways to create a Landscape using Collage, that might also have meaning to you.
WEEK 4
Monday 9th February 2026 – 6:30pm to 9pm GMT/UTC
Intruiging Abstracts – Learn how to create a Layered Collage, using shapes, repetition and pattern, to create a piece of Artwork that both conceals and reveals.
WEEK 5
Monday 16th February 2026 – 6:30pm to 9pm GMT/UTC
Vibrant Mandalas – Learn how to make a Nature themed Collage Mandala using Wycinanki: an easy Polish paper folding and cutting Technique.
